Performance Tester

As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end performance-testing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Proficiency in performance-testing concepts and the entire E2E performance-testing lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with performance-testing tools, particularly LoadRunner and JMeter. - Development and maintenance of performance test scripts and reusable frameworks using LoadRunner and JMeter. - Skill in E2E, API, and mobile performance testing. - Ability to analyze logs and pinpoint potential issues. - Proficiency in requirements gathering and collaboration with functional squads, operations teams, and business stakeholders. - Contribution to the continuous enhancement of performance-testing processes, tools, and practices within the squad/tribe. - Familiarity with development environments like VS Code and IntelliJ. - Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace. In addition to the responsibilities, you are expected to possess the following essential skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Agile mindset with the capability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines. - Active participation in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Desired skills for this role include: - Familiarity with other performance-testing tools like Gatling. - Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD. - Knowledge of service-virtualization tools such as Broadcom DevTest and WireMock. With 3-4 years of experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role and contribute effectively to the performance-testing processes within the organization.,
