Performance Test Engineer


Role: Performance Test Engineer

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bengaluru, Pune

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days


Mandatory Skills: Performance Testing, LoadRunner, JMeter, Stakeholder Management



  • Collect & analyze performance-specific non-functional requirements for online and batch applications
  • Develop performance test approach & plan for enterprise applications
  • Develop scripts and execute performance tests using industry-leading tools
  • Perform root cause analysis of performance problems and providing recommendations to fix the same
  • Requirements
  • Having a minimum of 8 to 10 years of IT experience
  • Having exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc
  • Having experience in these industry leading tools - LoadRunner, JMeter and on common protocols such as Web- HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Ajax TruClient.
  • Should have the ability to use monitoring tools like Dynatrace for performance analysis of applications/infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
  • Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
