Performance Test Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Performance Testing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Design realistic and scalable performance test scenarios that simulate real-world usage.

Test Execution & Monitoring

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test scripts, and datasets.
• Perform

  load

  testing using tools such as

• Monitor key system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) during test runs.

Analysis & Reporting

• Create detailed test reports with findings, recommendations, and insights for improvement.

Tooling & Automation

• Evaluate, configure, and maintain performance testing tools.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and frameworks.
• Automate performance testing where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.

Collaboration & Optimization

• Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and system architects to understand system architecture and integration points.
• Participate in

Preferred candidate profile

• 34 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency in

• Strong understanding of
