Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing professional with 6 to 13 years of experience in performance testing, particularly with Chaos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts and scenarios.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct performance testing for medium to complex software applications and systems.
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance goals and improve application performance.
Work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.
Mentor junior performance testers in methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in performance testing, preferably with Chaos.
Strong knowledge of performance testing tools, trends, and industry best practices.
Experience in data privacy, monitoring, and rollback procedures.
Good understanding of failover testing and its importance.
Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.
Strong analytical skills to analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
