Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and execute
performance test plans
for web and mobile applications
Perform
load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing
Create and maintain performance test scripts using
NeoLoad (preferred), JMeter, LoadRunner
, or similar tools
Conduct
root cause analysis
of performance issues using monitoring tools like
New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
Monitor system resources (
CPU, memory, network
) during test execution
Analyze results and prepare
detailed performance reports
with recommendations
Collaborate with
Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years
of experience in performance testing
Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts and methodologies
Experience with
NeoLoad / JMeter / LoadRunner
Understanding of
HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, Web Services
Good scripting and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
