Performance Marketing

ey Responsibilities: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Performance marketer who specializes in Google and Meta Ads. ● Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across META Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Quora, Reddit, etc.). ● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals (CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.) ● Perform daily monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, audiences, copy, landing pages, and CTAs. ● Collaborate with design and content teams to conceptualize and produce high-converting ad creatives and copy. ● Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and new opportunities. ● Maintain and optimize sales funnels, pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and event tracking via tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. ● Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. ● Manage ad budgets efficiently with a focus on ROAS and customer LTV.

● Test and explore new platforms and tools for scaling paid performance. ● Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry best practices, and performance marketing innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications ● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in running and scaling performance ad campaigns, especially META & Google Ads. ● Strong understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV. ● Solid experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and event tracking. ● Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences. ● Skilled in copywriting for ads, headline testing, and user behavior analysis. ● Comfortable with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and visualizing metrics. ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. ● Bonus: Experience in e-commerce/D2C/EdTech/SaaS domains or scaling 7-figure ad accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
