Role Overview: As a Manager in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across various channels such as SEM, display, social, and affiliate marketing. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing goals and objectives, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing. Leading a team of performance marketing specialists to execute campaigns and achieve KPIs, as well as monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to senior management will also be essential aspects of your role. Qualification Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals. - Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is a plus.,
