As a Performance Marketing Specialist at our leading affiliate marketing company, your role will involve running and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and Newsbreak platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign data to maximize efficiency and ROI. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in troubleshooting campaign issues and adapting strategies quickly. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing projects. You will leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT effectively to create campaign content, strategies, and automation prompts. Continuous learning and adaptation through our structured training program will be required before managing independent accounts. Ensuring compliance with industry best practices, platform policies, and affiliate guidelines will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, proficiency in using AI prompts, and a strong interest in affiliate marketing are essential. Prior experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or Newsbreak Ads is a significant advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are necessary. Being proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic industry environment is key. Bonus qualifications include hands-on experience in programmatic buying, tracking tools, or affiliate networks. Understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, and certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager are advantageous. In terms of compensation and incentives, you can expect a highly competitive base salary aligned with industry standards. Performance incentives of up to 15% of the gross profit generated from your campaigns post-training are offered. A structured training program with onboarding and mentorship is provided to prepare you for independent performance. This role operates on a two-shift hybrid model. You will work 24 hours in the afternoon in-office and 47 hours in the late evening remotely, depending on shift schedules.
