Role: Performance Marketing & Social Media Intern

Location: Remote / Work From Home (Only for candidates from Madhya Pradesh)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹2,000 per month for first 2 months (training + probation). Based on performance, stipend will increase up to ₹8,000/month from 3rd month onwards.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, set up, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance daily (CPC, CTR, CPL) and suggest optimizations.
• Create social media posts (graphics, reels, short videos) using Canva or editing tools.
• Write captions, hashtags, and handle basic social media engagement.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Collaborate with the founder to brainstorm new growth ideas for clients.

What We Expect From You:

• Candidate must be from Madhya Pradesh (preferably Indore/Bhopal).
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Creative mindset with ability to design posts/reels.
• Familiar with Canva/Photoshop and basic video editing apps.
• Good written English for captions and ad copies.
• Passion to learn performance marketing and digital growth.
