Performance Marketing

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for Bangalore to drive ROI-focused digital campaigns across platforms for our residential verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, performance metrics, and conversion-driven strategies, preferably with experience in real estate or allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and others).

•

Own lead generation KPIs for residential projects with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROAS.

•

Design and test campaign strategies for both project launches and ongoing inventory in Bengaluru.

•

Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to develop high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and lead nurturing flows.

•

Drive Audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies to improve performance.

•

Manage relationships with digital agencies and media partners to ensure timely execution and reporting.

•

Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

•

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

•

Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and optimization abilities.

•

Familiarity with the real estate consumer journey, digital trends, and regional market nuances is preferred.

•

Excellent communication, project management, and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.

•

7–8 years of relevant experience in performance marketing (Preferred Real estate experience).

•

Proven track record in managing large-scale performance budgets and achieving lead targets.
