Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join our Pro team in Bangalore. You will design, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, with a focus on coaching and education-based audiences. The role involves conducting competitor research, crafting compelling ad creatives, driving growth experiments, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities:Ad Copy & Creative Development:Create and manage ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads).Develop compelling ad copy and brief creative teams to produce visuals aligned with campaign goals.Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Present campaign performance insights and growth ideas to the team lead (Adi) in weekly reports.Iterate strategies based on performance data from tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.Required Skills & Qualifications:3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms (e.g., Twitter, YouTube).Proficiency in ad platforms and competitive research tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Library, Google Ads Keyword Planner).Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging ad content.Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience in performance marketing for coaching, education, or B2B industries.Familiarity with AI and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Knowledge of multimedia content production (e.g., video ads, static visuals).Ability to simplify complex AI or automation concepts for diverse audiences.
