Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, and others to achieve business goals.
• Manage advertising budgets, with a minimum of ₹1 lakh per client on Meta ads, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and scale performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA, and create actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Implement and oversee tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution and measurement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Train and mentor junior team members in best practices and platform strategies.

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor degree
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Experience handling a minimum ad budget of ₹1 lakh per client in Meta ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Proven success in driving results for eCommerce brands.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
