Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Performance & E-commerce Specialist) Company: TMS Group Location: Chalakudy, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–3 Years Job Description: TMS Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in performance marketing and e-commerce platforms . The ideal candidate will have agency background and a proven track record of managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹10 lakhs , along with hands-on experience in Amazon & Flipkart marketing . Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) . Strategize and manage campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads for product visibility and sales growth. Drive lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms with clear ROI targets. Analyze data using Google Analytics , ad managers, and reporting tools to optimize performance. Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to align digital strategy. Track budgets, ad spend, and performance KPIs on a daily and monthly basis. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and ad technologies. Required Qualifications: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency environment . Managed ad campaigns with minimum ₹10 lakh/month budget . Proven success with e-commerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart . Strong knowledge of Google Ads , Meta Business Manager , and Lead Generation Strategies . Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , etc. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Meta Certifications. Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce CMS. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
