Are you a performance marketer with a proven track record of turning around underperforming campaignsWe're an enterprise SaaS company on a mission to shift the digital adoption market from buzzwords to real ROI. We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to fix whats broken, scale what works, and drive measurable pipeline growth.What Youll Be Doing1. Strategic OwnershipOwn and execute a multi-channel performance marketing strategy (LinkedIn, Google Search, Retargeting, Video, etc.)Segment and target multiple personas including Application Owners, IT Leaders, L&D Heads, and Functional Business LeadersCraft and test messaging tailored to each persona and buying stage2. Conversion-Focused ExecutionDesign and optimize persona-specific landing pages, lead magnets, calculators, and nurture sequencesSet up advanced tracking, attribution, and weekly optimization loopsImprove campaign efficiency with regular A/B testing and funnel analysis3.
