Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at PROHED Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong background in the Advertising & Marketing industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of success.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
