Job Description

Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Manager / Ads Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and key word ads on
Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart
Minimum experience of managing 1 crore per month budget on these platforms
Optimise campaigns on daily basis. Execute both CPC and CPM campaigns
Own campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Conduct continuous
A/B testing
of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Performance Optimization & Analytics

Monitor key performance metrics including
ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR
, and LTV.
Optimize campaigns to improve
ROI and scale profitably
.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly performance reviews.

Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the
Brand Manager / Creative Head
to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Provide data-backed feedback on creatives, messaging, and formats.
Coordinate with
e-commerce, sales, and tech teams
to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

Budget & Channel Management

Minimum 1 crore per month advertising budget experience
Forecast spends, results, and revenue impact.
Manage and optimize ads on
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto
, or similar platforms.
Improve
product listing performance
via ads and keyword strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience with
D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce performance marketing
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to translate insights into actionable optimizations
Understanding of
consumer behavior and conversion funnels
Strong communication and collaboration skills
