Performance Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• In In-depth understanding & and hands-on experience in running ads across Google, Facebook, and affiliate networks to acquire New users both on mobile and web campaigns.
• Strong experience in executing remarketing campaigns to re-engage existing users through platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.
• Very strong experience in running Search and display campaigns and increasing ROI from the campaigns both on the web and mobile.
• Make sure all the digital campaigns are delivered as per the plan/target, on time, and within the marketing budgets assigned.
• Good at day-to-day campaign management and execution tactics based on the performance seen to maximize campaigns for greater returns.

Qualification

• 3+ years of Experience in Performance marketing and campaign management.
• Bachelor or MBA degree in marketing, business, technology, or a relevant field of study. Should have executed and managed a monthly budget of 1+ crore.
• Data orientation and growth mindset is a must
• Should have adequate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience working with tools like Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer/Branch/Singular. CRM platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, or their equivalent
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience with a reputed digital media/social media agency is preferred
• Exposure of BFSI/Fintech is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Media Buying & Planning is an advantage
• Experience in onboarding and managing agencies (if on the client side)
