Performance Marketing Intern

We're looking for someone who sees an ad and immediately thinks "why did this work?" instead of just scrolling past it. Performance marketing here isn't about clicking buttons on a dashboard. It's about understanding people, what makes them click, how creatives actually perform, and how all these pieces fit together to grow a brand.

We care more about hunger than experience. Curiosity is non-negotiable.

This role is for you if:

• You have a basic understanding of Meta Ads and all the metrics

• You have a strong creative instinct for ideation & scripting

• You enjoy breaking down ads, saving references, and ideating new scripts.

• You don’t want to just "execute" tasks; you want to understand the strategy behind them.

• You like experimenting and aren’t afraid to ask the right questions

What this internship actually is:

This isn't a short-term internship. It's a real path to becoming a full-time Performance Marketer at FlashReach. You'll work on actual client brands, real campaigns, and decisions that matter.
