About The Role

Were seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Growth Marketer to scale our company. In this role, you will lead user acquisition and retention efforts across paid and organic channels, focusing on app marketing, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads), ASO, influencer partnerships, and performance-driven creative optimization.This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running growth campaigns for consumer fintech or brokerage apps, who is comfortable working with analytics and attribution tools to drive efficient scale.What Youll Do

• Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing & other digital channels.
• Creativity to roll out performance-focused communication across all digital assets and customer journeys.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and campaign analysis to provide insights to leadership.
• Work with content and brand teams to develop marketing assets to market across digital platforms
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives to improve CAC.
• Conduct multiple experiments on ASO to increase conversion rate.
  

What Were Looking For (Skills And Experience)

• 25 years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in a broking platform or fintech startup.
• Decent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Moengage & SQL
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Highly data driven and analytically very strong
• Creative thinker with a knack for user behavior and campaign storytelling.
• Must have app marketing experience
• Are curious about traders and excited to solve their problem
• Must have in-depth of Appsflyer knowledge
