Role Description

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to help scale fast-growing DTC and eCommerce brands.

If you enjoy working with data, testing creatives, and optimising funnels for real revenue impact — this role is for you.

Experience

• 1–3 years in performance marketing (agency or DTC experience preferred)

CTC

• ₹4–7 LPA (based on experience & skill)

• Performance-based growth opportunities

What you’ll do

• Execute and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns

• Monitor daily performance and work towards ROI & ROAS targets

• Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CAC

• Collaborate with design, content, and founders on growth strategies

• Assist in CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates & AOV

• Support retention marketing via email, SMS & WhatsApp

• Maintain reports and share actionable insights

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads

• Strong understanding of eCommerce & DTC funnels

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

• Shopify & analytics familiarity is a plus
