Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in executing B2B advertising campaigns, developing marketing strategies, creating impactful presentations, and coordinating marketing activities. This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of driving marketing initiatives to support our company s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize B2B advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions. Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and marketing collaterals to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. Organize and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage with potential clients and industry stakeholders. Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients. Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Maintain SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) ratio and optimize it in conjunction with marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) in executing B2B advertising campaigns and developing marketing strategies. Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and marketing collaterals. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Experience in coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities is preferred. Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
