Job Description

Position- Performance Marketing Executive

Location- Gurugram

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive conversions and revenue growth.
Manage paid marketing campaigns from launch to optimization, including budget allocation, targeting, bidding strategy, creative assets creation, and ad copywriting.
Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, customer support) to identify areas of improvement in the user journey.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Candidate Profile:

Should have experience in Retail pharmacy or E- Pharmacy Businesses.
Should have at least 3-6 Years of experience.
