Do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and continuously refine strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align messaging and targeting.
• Design and manage landing pages and A/B testing frameworks.
• Track key KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

What Success Looks Like:

• Achieving and maintaining ROAS benchmarks across campaigns.
• Increasing qualified leads through paid channels by 25%+ quarterly.
• Reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) while improving retention-driven performance.
• Generating insights to shape cross-channel strategies and overall marketing direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in agency or growth-stage environments.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, etc.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in healthcare or service-based industries is a big advantage.
• Creative thinker with a test-and-learn approach.
