Hiring for Performance Marketer( Quick Commerce/E-Commerce ) for D2C Company Location: Gurugram Salary: Upto 11 LPA Job Description Manage and create marketing campaigns for our in-house brands across Quick Commerce platforms. Monitor key campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost-per-mille (CPM), click-through rate (CTR), conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), ACOS, and TACOS. Handle CPM and CPC-based campaigns, adjusting bids, ad targeting, and product selections to optimize ROI and meet KPIs. Oversee high-budget marketing campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and adjustments to maximize campaign performance and achieve business goals. Review and present weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations. Continuously improve campaign performance by analyzing internal data, competitive insights, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Maintain strong relationships with key points of contact from channel partners.
