Key Metrics (You’ll Be Measured On)

Overall lead volume & cost per lead across clients

ROAS and revenue metrics where applicable

Client satisfaction & retention rate

Team output efficiency and delivery quality

Turnaround time on campaign launch & optimizations

Ideal Candidate

- 3 to 6 years in performance marketing (agency background preferred)

- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

- Strong understanding of Creative, funnels, copy, and landing page optimization

- Leadership mindset with experience in managing a small team

- Results oriented, proactive, and obsessed with performance
