Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn
, and other performance channels.
Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare
daily/weekly reports with insights
.
Assist with the
creation, testing, and iteration of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
.
Conduct
keyword and audience research
to support targeting strategies.
Track ad spends, budgets, and invoices to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
Set up and maintain
tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution processes
.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign assets.
Stay updated with
latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices
.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of relevant performance marketing/agency experience
(internships can be considered).
Hands-on exposure to
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
, and basic understanding of paid acquisition channels.
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets
for data tracking and analysis.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Good to Have

Direct experience in
executing campaigns end-to-end
(even with small budgets).
Certifications
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent.
Knowledge of
customer funnels, attribution models, and marketing KPIs
.
Start-up or agency-side experience with
fast-paced execution
.
