Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring positive ROAS and CPA targets are met
  
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
  
• Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and platform-specific dashboards to track, measure, and report campaign performance
  
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and account managers to build effective, conversion-optimized assets
  
• Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients
  
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive
  
• Handle multiple client accounts or internal stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, ideally from a digital marketing or creative agency
  
• Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  
• Proficiency with tracking tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, UTM strategy)
  
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and digital marketing funnels
  
• Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from campaign metrics
  
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with experience in reporting to clients or senior stakeholders
  
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or CRM platforms is a plus
  

Nice to Have

• Google Ads and Meta certifications
  
• Experience working with eCommerce or D2C clients
  
• Exposure to programmatic advertising or influencer-led performance campaigns
  
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier or campaign scripts
