Performance Marketer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have handson experience managing paid digital campaigns end-to-end from setup and optimization to reporting across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on performance and ROI.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and Performance Max.
• Manage paid social advertising on Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising.
• Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Mandatory).
• Proven record of achieving performance targets through paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Experience managing Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads.
• Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Strong communication and project management skills
