Job Title: Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist)
Location: Saket, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹38,000/month
Experience: Minimum 3 years (In-office)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Days: 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturdays are half-day)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to join our fast-paced digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing 4–5 performance projects at a time with efficiency and strategic focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google and SEO experience
• Monitor ad performance and fine-tune for maximum ROI
• Manage multiple campaigns and handle 4–5 client projects simultaneously
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and ad formats
• Track performance and prepare detailed reports for each project
• Collaborate with internal creative/content teams to develop impactful campaigns
• Stay updated with latest platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of in-office experience as a Performance Marketer, specifically on Meta Ads
• Proven ability to manage multiple ad accounts or projects at once
• Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and related tools
• Strong analytical and budget management skills
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a major advantage
• Familiarity with Google Ads is a bonus, but Meta is the primary focus
