Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to take charge of our paid campaigns and organic growth. You’ll plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, track and analyze performance data, and suggest actionable improvements. You should also have solid knowledge of SEO best practices to help boost our overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve better ROI
• Analyze data from Google Analytics and ad platforms, and prepare reports
• Communicate with clients to understand goals and improve service outcomes
• Work with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages
• Conduct keyword research and help implement SEO strategies
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Hands-on experience with campaign optimization and budget management
• Good grasp of SEO basics and tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
