Job Description:

SourceCatch Konnect is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist) to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Set up conversion-focused ad sets, A/B tests, and retargeting campaigns
• Track campaign performance using Ads Manager and analytics tools
• Optimize campaigns to achieve lower CPA and higher ROAS
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign pacing
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with designers for ad creatives & visuals
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies & best practices

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Events, Retargeting, Custom Audiences
• Experience in creating lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns
• Good knowledge of analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics preferred)
• Strong communication & marketing strategy skills
• Ability to optimize campaigns for performance goals (CPA, CPL, ROAS)
• Creativity in ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Canva / basic design
• Understanding of funnel strategy & remarketing
• Experience in other paid platforms (Google Ads) –

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
