Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), and YouTube Ads. Conduct audience/keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC. Create regular performance reports with actionable insights. Work with design/content teams to develop engaging ad creatives. Stay up to date with platform updates and digital marketing trends. Requirements: Proven experience in Facebook, Google, and YouTube advertising. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager. Ability to strategize, execute, and scale campaigns to meet KPIs. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
