Job Description

You will be working as a Paid Media Specialist at Brand Scale-Up Inc. located in HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, North Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C brands. You should have a strong passion for performance marketing and a proven track record of driving sales, generating measurable ROI, and increasing company profitability through data-driven campaign strategies. Your key responsibilities will include focusing on driving sales, leads, and conversions that directly impact business profitability. You will conduct audience research, set up targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to maximize ROAS. It will be essential to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to achieve KPIs like Revenue, CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Collaboration with creative, design, and web teams is crucial to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions. Additionally, you will implement and manage conversion tracking using various tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance. Providing performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients will also be part of your role. It is important to stay updated with paid media trends, new ad formats, and best practices across platforms. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, specifically for D2C brands. Previous work experience as a digital marketer handling D2C brands in an advertising/marketing agency is required. You should have a proven track record of driving profitable sales to websites and achieving high ROAS. A strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels is necessary. Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns will be beneficial. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager is essential. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be a plus. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts are also important qualities for this role.,
