As a Performance Marketer at Digital Mojo, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Your role will involve conducting thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. Additionally, you will be involved in A/B testing to enhance ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Collaboration with the creative team to create compelling ad visuals and copy is a key aspect of this role. In this position, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising is crucial. You will be expected to provide regular reports and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Managing budgets, bid strategies, and campaign spend efficiently to maximize ROI will be part of your responsibilities. Continuous optimization of campaigns to improve key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. A proven track record of optimizing campaigns for high performance metrics is required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager are essential. An excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC, SEO, and SEM, is expected. Effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to present complex information clearly are also key qualifications.
