Performance Architect

As a Performance Architect at our company, your role will involve assessing the current enterprise architecture and performance metrics to optimize application, database, infrastructure, and cloud deployments. You will be responsible for performance monitoring, tuning, infrastructure sizing, and capacity planning. Additionally, you will participate in incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure high performance standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: - Define and document Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and build performance frameworks to meet these benchmarks. - Engage in full-stack development with a focus on performance and low latency. - Utilize debugging and profiling tools such as Chrome Dev Tools and native profilers. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of networking principles including OSI, TCP, DNS, and browser rendering. - Work with distributed systems, ensuring fault tolerance and resiliency. - Implement microservices, APIs, databases (both RDBMS and NoSQL), cloud-native technologies, and monitoring & observability practices. - Utilize Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools like Mega Hopex, ABACUS, Planview, and Orbus iServer for architectural insights. - Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders to align performance objectives. Qualifications: - BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields. - MBA qualification is preferred for this role. This job requires a candidate with over 12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in architecture, preferably within the BFSI domain. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in Mumbai with a work schedule of 10 am to 7 pm, six days a week. Your expertise in defining KPIs, optimizing performance, and integrating performance considerations into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be crucial for success in this role.,
