Performance and Email Marketing Google Ads

You are a premium fine jewelry brand looking for a highly analytical and experienced Performance Marketing & Email Manager to lead the digital growth of the company. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, as well as developing advanced email marketing strategies using platforms like Mailchimp or Brevo. Your key responsibilities will include planning, managing, and optimizing high-converting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across various channels such as Search, Display, Reels, and Retargeting. You will also be in charge of executing the full-funnel PPC strategy, including performance analysis and budget management. Additionally, you will build and automate email marketing flows, including welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns. You will utilize advanced segmentation, dynamic content, behavioral triggers, and conditional logic to enhance email marketing effectiveness. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV will be part of your regular tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Advanced-level proficiency in using Mailchimp or Brevo for segmentation, dynamic content, automation, and analytics is essential. A strong understanding of campaign structure, pixels, bidding strategies, and funnel logic is required. Being highly analytical and comfortable working with data to improve performance is crucial. Proficiency in AI tools and marketing automation workflows, along with excellent execution, testing, and communication skills, will set you up for success. Preferred qualifications include a background in jewelry, fashion, or luxury e-commerce, familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling, as well as confidence in analyzing and interpreting email campaign dashboards.
