Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily activities of multiple production teams, including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; set expectations and clarify responsibilities.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Identify training needs; develop and implement training plans.

  • Graduate Engineer with 8-12 years of relevant experience.

Qualification:
  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
