Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily activities of multiple production teams, including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Provide guidance and feedback to team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; set expectations and clarify responsibilities.
Coach and mentor team members.
Identify training needs; develop and implement training plans.
