Develop and implement technical designs for PeopleSoft HCM applications and third-party integrations.
Unit test system changes; identify and resolve issues.
Document configurations and participate in technical walkthroughs.
Assist in system test plans, test cases, and test scripts preparation.
Correct errors, retest programs, and validate expected outcomes.
Develop software testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
Participate in code reviews, requirements validation, and code deployments.
Ensure code meets standards of security, scalability, accessibility, and performance.
Perform systems analysis and software maintenance tasks.
Conduct trial runs to verify correct software function and outputs.

Required Experience

410 years in PeopleSoft HCM in a functional/consultant role.
Experience in at least one core HCM module (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Talent).
Familiarity with
PeopleTools

, and related technologies is a plus.
