Peoplesoft Functional Consultant

As a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You must have expertise in Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 and Tools 8.57+ with excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience in Modules AP/PO/EX and COUPA will be advantageous. EMEA Banking, TAXES(VAT), WITHOLDING, FINANCIAL GATEWAY, and HR Integrations are essential. Presentation skills are also required. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarity with SDLC Process/Phases and different Project Methodologies such as Waterfall & AGILE. - Availability and active participation in all meetings and stand-ups. - Conducting FIT-GAP Analysis and documenting the results. - Converting FIT-GAP Analysis to BRD/User Stories. - Collaborating with Business teams to define Business Processes. - Configuring and documenting the Peoplesoft system. - Working closely with the Development Team to define Functional Design and Unit Test the development. - Conducting System Integration testing (SIT) with the Tech team and Product Owners. - Training/guiding Users during User Acceptance testing (UAT) with other Project team members. - Logging defects and collaborating with the Dev Team during the Bug life cycle. - Participating in Simulated Go Live (SGL) and actual Cutovers. - Prioritizing Defects during the Hypercare period. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 and Tools 8.57+. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Experience in Modules AP/PO/EX and COUPA (advantageous). - Expertise in EMEA Banking, TAXES(VAT), WITHOLDING, FINANCIAL GATEWAY, and HR Integrations. - Presentation skills. - Knowledge of SDLC Process/Phases and Project Methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively with Business and Development teams. - Experience in conducting testing phases including SIT and UAT. - Defect tracking and resolution skills. - Willingness to participate in Go Live activities and Hypercare support.
