Job Title

PeopleSoft Administrator

Job Overview

Responsible for building, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting PeopleSoft applications in multi-instance environments. Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of PeopleSoft applications and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments on UNIX/Windows.
  • Troubleshoot App Server, Web Server, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker issues.
  • Apply patches, maintenance packs, and PeopleSoft updates via Change Assistant.
  • Monitor and tune performance across PeopleSoft tiers for optimum operations.
  • Assist in capacity planning, server growth, and environment upgrades.
  • Maintain security configurations and ensure compliance with PeopleSoft standards.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials/HRMS modules.
  • Knowledge of SQL, UNIX shell scripting, and Windows PowerShell.
  • Ability to work independently and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
