Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Peoplesoft Admin professional with 8 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM, as well as excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage code migrations in PeopleSoft using STAT and other tools.
Provide support to the project team to troubleshoot server issues, space utilization, and application performance.
Perform all admin-related activities, including managing databases and maintaining systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on workaround solutions when needed.
Escalate showstopper and critical activities with leadership when required.
Document new features of the latest PeopleTools version 8.61.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration, with expertise in HCM and FSCM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
Experience with Change Management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) is recommended.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong customer handling skills.
Relevant experience in managing databases and maintaining systems, with knowledge of SQL and other programming languages.
