As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of PeopleSoft applications. Your role will involve administering and maintaining the PeopleSoft application environment, managing user access and security roles, collaborating with development teams for customizations, conducting backup and recovery operations, and providing technical support to end-users and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the PeopleSoft application environment for PeopleSoft Tools upgrades - Manage user access and security roles within PeopleSoft, ensuring compliance with internal policies - Collaborate with development teams to support customizations and enhancements to the PeopleSoft applications - Conduct regular backup and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders as needed Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, modules, and tools - Experience with SQL and database management, specifically Oracle or MS SQL Server - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft administration. Additionally, you should have experience in PeopleTools Upgrade activities, proficiency in PeopleSoft application administration and support, strong SQL skills for reporting and data analysis, and experience with application servers, web servers, and database environments.,
