As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve actively aiding the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on thorough research and build POCs. Additionally, you will create requirement specifications from business needs, define processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Supporting solution configuration requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives will also be part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. If you believe you can assist clients in their digital transformation journey, this is the right opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively aid the consulting team in various project phases - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research and POCs - Create requirement specifications and detailed designs based on business needs - Support solution configuration, diagnose issues, and identify alternatives - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives **Technical Requirements:** - 2 years of experience in PeopleSoft Admin Support and application tools - Strong experience in the latest People Tools installation and configuration on Linux and Windows OS platforms - Experience in at least one application upgrade from PeopleSoft Application version 8.9 to 9.2 with the latest People Tools - Strong experience in People Tools PUM Image Upgrade - Experience in supporting PeopleSoft FSCM environment administration - PeopleSoft Administration experience including monitoring, bug fixes, admin project compare reports generation - Experience in configuring web services and Single Sign-On Integration Broker post-Tools Image Upgrade - Exposure to Oracle Database Administration and OS Administration **Additional Responsibilities:** - Knowledge of multiple technologies and basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Familiarity with Testing tools and agile methodologies - Understanding of Project life cycle activities, Estimation methodologies, and Quality processes - Basic business domain knowledge for understanding business requirements - Strong analytical abilities, technical skills, and communication skills - Awareness of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills **Preferred Skills:** - Technology: PeopleSoft, Sys Admin, and DBA,
