About the Role:

We're seeking a People & Culture Executive who is enthusiastic about nurturing a positive and engaging company culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a People & Culture Executive, you will be instrumental in:

  • Responsible for preparing payroll Inputs, validating monthly salaries, handling Full and Final settlement & coordinating with finance for a smooth Payroll Process.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Labour Laws (EPF, ESIC) and company policies.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the complete employee lifecycle data.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Regional Leaders to extend seamless onboarding and exit experience to employees.
  • Responsible for the addition and deletion of employees from various group Insurance policies.
  • Should have a very good understanding of HRMIS reporting. Knowledge of OneHR is a Plus.
  • Should have exposure to conduct monthly Recognition & Rewards (R&R) activities.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication channels.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in HR operations, people management, or a similar role.
  • Organisational Skills: A knack for organising information and maintaining clean, clear processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of

    MS Excel

    and other MS Office applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and unwavering commitment to

    confidentiality.

  • Resilience: Ability to multitask effectively and maintain calm under pressure.
  • Culture Enthusiast: A genuine passion for fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Education: [Optional: e.g., Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.]
