As a Senior Proposal Development & Go-To-Market Specialist at EY, you will be a part of the People Consulting team, shaping and delivering business strategy that revolves around people. You will be responsible for crafting persuasive commercial messaging, collaborating with teams to translate industry movements into go-to-market assets, and contributing to internal content strategy labs. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6-9 years of experience in proposal development, GTM strategy, consulting, or pursuit enablement, along with a Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Communications, or a relevant commercial discipline. Strong editorial, structuring, and visualization skills are essential for creating compelling proposals and GTM materials. You should be adept at synthesizing ideas across services, sectors, and transformation themes, leading creative direction under tight timelines, and demonstrating high ownership. Additionally, you are expected to possess strong strategic thinking and business storytelling capabilities, proficiency in creating client-centric proposals with structured frameworks, and the ability to tailor messaging for diverse industries and transformation needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot, will be beneficial for this role. Having certifications such as APMP Foundation or Practitioner Certification and completing Harvard Online Strategy Execution or Business Strategy courses are considered advantageous for this position.
