Job Description

As a Senior Consultant (Senior) in the People Consulting (PC) team at EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS), specializing in Organization and Workforce transformation, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing and highly disrupted environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning clients" HR functions with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. By joining the PC team, you will gain valuable cross-functional, multi-industry, and global work experience to propel your career forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture, and Talent Management to execute workforce transformation projects for global clients in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organization and other EY member firms. - Assist in capturing industry thought leadership, organization/process metrics benchmarking to create exceptional deliverables. - Adhere to a robust internal review process to ensure high-quality deliverables and receive excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts. - Foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication with clients and project team counterparts across global locations. - Contribute to the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to expand capability offerings within the practice and enhance GDS awareness across the firm. **Skills and attributes for Success:** - Demonstrated high integrity and commitment to thriving in a new and challenging environment. - Ability to navigate ambiguity proactively. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity. - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability. - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client projects following EY and country-specific travel advisory guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-9 years of relevant experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization design, Workforce planning, and Talent management. - Masters degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA. - Consulting experience on global client projects. - Experience in developing PoVs and sales proposals under Organization Design and Talent Management areas. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise, challenge, and influence clients.
