Job Description

People Talent Operations (Part Time) Remote India (Bangalore hub)

We re growing a mission driven team and need a steady, detail loving operator to keep our hiring and people processes smooth. You ll run the machinery posting roles, coordinating interviews, shepherding offers, and helping new teammates land gracefully. You ll also help maintain lightweight HR hygiene that respects the sensitivity of healthcare.

What you ll do

- Recruiting ops: post roles in Workable, manage stages, keep candidates moving; coordinate with hiring teams; publish to job boards

- Screening orchestration: set up AI interview screens (Petrova), Workable Assessments, and structured agendas; ensure fair, fast experiences

- Candidate experience: schedule interviews across time zones; communicate with care; track feedback and decisions cleanly

- Onboarding: pre start checklists, access provisioning, policy acknowledgements, and day 1/7/30 touchpoints

- People ops support: maintain employee records; help with contracts, vendors, and simple HR queries; support basic compliance hygiene

- Reporting: weekly pipeline and time to hire snapshots; light analytics that help us improve

- Organized, kind, and allergic to chaos; you love closing loops

- A confident user of Workable (or similar ATS) and productivity tools
