What you'll bring: As a data analyst with a knack for translating insights into action, you are expected to possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in people analytics or HR insights, demonstrating a history of influencing decisions through compelling data narratives. - Strong storytelling skills to transform numbers into insights and insights into decisions using clear language and engaging visuals. - Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP People Analytics, or similar platforms, not only for reporting but also for creating story-driven dashboards. - Expertise in supporting workforce planning, including forecasting and modeling, with an emphasis on effectively communicating scenarios and trade-offs. - Attention to data quality, acknowledging that the best stories are built on integrity, consistency, and accuracy. - Familiarity with automation and scalable analytics to establish repeatable and continual insight delivery. - A collaborative and consulting mindset, capable of influencing, advising, and adapting to diverse audiences. - Curiosity and creativity to continuously explore new perspectives, raise new questions, and innovate ways to leverage people data effectively.,
