Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to fill the position of Peon in our organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide general support services and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Maintenance:

Keep the office premises clean and well-maintained.

Ensure that common areas are organized and presentable.

Assist in arranging and setting up furniture and equipment as needed.

2. Document Handling:

Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Help with the distribution and collection of internal documents.

3. Errands and Deliveries:

Run errands for the office, such as picking up supplies or delivering documents.

Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services.

4. Support Staff:

Assist other staff members with miscellaneous tasks as required.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.

5. Basic Administrative Tasks:

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing necessary materials.

Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry or answering phones when necessary.

6. Security and Safety:

Monitor and report any security concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Ensure that safety protocols are followed within the premises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
