Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pendo In-App Guide Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Launch and Analytics, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position is based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigate problem areas and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts on detailed investigations into software requirements.
Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested.
Coordinate daily project status and progress with the team, documenting it.
Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risks and reporting them to stakeholders.
Ensure all codes raise as per the norm defined for the project/program/account with clear description and replication patterns.
Capture all client requirements and clarifications for better quality work.
Take regular feedback to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices and assist other team members.
Consult engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Document necessary details and reports formally for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation.
Ensure good quality interaction with customers regarding email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
Respond timely to customer requests and avoid complaints internally or externally.

Mandatory Skills: Adobe Launch and Analytics.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
Role Purpose: Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
